Refund policy

All sales are final. All precautions are taken to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns will only be accepted where your order has been damaged in transit due to a packaging error on our part. 
 

If there is an issue with your order please contact albzmadeit@gmail.com with your order number and order details and we will be touch as soon as possible to try and solve the issue.
 

Refunds will only be processed for defective items after they have been returned to us.
 

Where orders have been returned by due to not being collected; the buyer will be required to repay the shipping fee.
